Refund Policy

• We accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days of product delivery but the cost of return courier service will be have to be paid by the customer.

• If the courier payment must be done on receipt of the return than the said amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

• We do not charge a restocking fee

• Returns shall be arranged by the customer and sent to our "grievances center" in India (Return address is negotiable. Write to us and we may try to make it easier for you).

• Address shall be communicated by symbolifyy via mail or whatsapp number.

• Follow the following procedure for returns:

1. Write a mail to us at infosymbolifyy@gmail.com or in the chat box​

2.  The mail/message should have the order ID, product picture and the reason for return.

3. You will receive a reply within 72 hours which will contain the details of return address.

4. send the product back to the return address in India.

5. Mail us the courier receipt for the return package.

6. You will receive your refund amount (total payment made by you) via paypal only if the product is in the same condition in which you received it. This process should not take more than 60 days (return initiated + return received + return verified)

7. For any queries, feel free to reach us through the chat box, drop you email or whatsapp. 

 Note:

• Due to products being made to order, returns and exchanges are uneconomical and not environment friendly.

• If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order.

• If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof will be required.

• Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery time-frame.

• We do not promise the refund in every case but you'll be notified about it after we have reviewed and investigated your claims.
