Symbolifyy offers refunds/replacements primarily for damaged, defective, or misprinted items, reported within 30 days, with photos required as proof.

We don't usually do refunds for buyer's remorse, size issues, or color preferences, as items are made-to-order,

If a package is lost or returned due to address issues, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date,

When refunds/replacements are covered :

Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a print error, submit a claim with photos within 30 days of delivery.

Mislabeled Items: If an item was mislabeled (e.g., wrong size tag), report it with photos within a week.

Lost in Mail (Symbolifyy's Error): If tracking shows a package lost, Symbolifyy covers replacement/shipping if it's their fault (e.g., wrong address on their end).

When refunds/replacements are not typically offered (seller's responsibility)

Buyer's Remorse/Change of Mind: No refunds for simply not liking the item.

Size/Color Issues: Customers need to check size charts; exchanges aren't offered, Symbolifyy will however, give a 30% cashback in your paypal account on your next order only if the order amount is above 50USD. Write to us at infosymbolifyy@gmail.com to avail the same.
