Refund Policy

  • Symbolifyy offers refunds/replacements primarily for damaged, defective, or misprinted items, reported within 30 days, with photos required as proof.

  • We don't usually do refunds for buyer's remorse, size issues, or color preferences, as items are made-to-order,

  • If a package is lost or returned due to address issues, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, 

  • When refunds/replacements are covered :

    • Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a print error, submit a claim with photos within 30 days of delivery.

    • Mislabeled Items: If an item was mislabeled (e.g., wrong size tag), report it with photos within a week.

    • Lost in Mail (Symbolifyy's Error): If tracking shows a package lost, Symbolifyy covers replacement/shipping if it's their fault (e.g., wrong address on their end). 

  • When refunds/replacements are not typically offered (seller's responsibility)

    • Buyer's Remorse/Change of Mind: No refunds for simply not liking the item.

    • Size/Color Issues: Customers need to check size charts; exchanges aren't offered, Symbolifyy will however, give a 30% cashback in your paypal account on your next order only if the order amount is above 50USD. Write to us at infosymbolifyy@gmail.com to avail the same.

  • Due to products being made to order, returns and exchanges are uneconomical and not environment friendly. Take care.
